Application: CashWalk (com.cash.walk.fit.app). These terms are provided for reference—have them reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

Acceptance

By installing or using CashWalk, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in line with the store rules (e.g. Google Play) and these terms. All content and software remain our property or that of our licensors.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Do not use the app for unlawful activity or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not manipulate step counts, use emulators or GPS spoofing, or circumvent reward limits we apply.

Rewards

Rewards, gift cards, and withdrawal options are offered subject to availability in your region and our program rules. Misuse may result in forfeiture of rewards. Walking distance, calories, and time shown are estimates and not medical advice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect step accuracy, or that every reward option will remain available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from the app is limited as your counsel advises—this placeholder should be replaced.

Changes

We may modify these terms or the app. Material changes should be communicated as required by law or store policies.
